Cancellation Policy

**Please be aware that a deposit of 20% of the value of your procedure is required to guarantee your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment and deposit will be lost. If you do not attend, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the deposit amount.
